How to Start
The application process at Imam Ahmad bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College is straightforward and entirely online. Follow these steps:
1. Complete the online application form by providing your personal details and selecting the programme you wish to apply for.
2. Submit the required documents, which vary based on the programme:
For Ibtida'iyyah (Primary): Two passport-sized photos and any available academic testimonies.
For I'dadiyyah (Intermediate): Ibtida'iyyah certificate and two passport-sized photos.
For Thanawiyyah (Secondary): I'dadiyyah certificate and two passport-sized photos.
For the Diploma programme: Thanawiyyah certificate (NECO, WAEC, or its equivalent) from a recognized institution, along with two passport-sized photos.
For the Humanitarian Aid programme: A formal application letter following the provided format on the website, two passport-sized photos, and any relevant qualifications.
3. Depending on the programme, you may need to schedule an interview or assessment.
4. After reviewing your application, we will inform you of the admission decision via email.
5. If accepted, you will receive an official admission letter outlining the next steps for enrolment.
It is important to ensure that all required documents are submitted on time to avoid delays in processing your application.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements, which vary depending on the chosen programme:
Basic education:
Ibtida'iyyah (Primary): No prior education is required.
I'dadiyyah (Intermediate): Completion of the Ibtida'iyyah programme or its equivalent is required.
Thanawiyyah (Secondary): Completion of the I'dadiyyah programme is required.
Diploma: A recognised secondary school certificate, such as NECO or WAEC, or its equivalent must be provided.
Humanitarian Aid programme: Submission of a formal letter of intent, academic background (if applicable), and any relevant certifications is required.
Language proficiency:
For Qur'anic and Arabic courses, basic Arabic reading and writing skills are recommended. However, we offer programmes for beginners starting from zero.
For intensive Arabic or higher-level Qur'anic programmes, intermediate to advanced Arabic proficiency is preferred.
Additional documents for Diploma applicants:
Two letters of recommendation from teachers, employers, or community leaders.
National Identification Number (NIN) or equivalent.
