1. Acceptance of Terms

Upon enrolment or participation in any of our programmes, you agree to:

• Abide by these Terms, including any amendments or additional guidelines provided by the College.

•  Uphold Islamic values and professional conduct as defined by the College's principles     and policies.

• Demonstrate respect for the rules, faculty, and fellow participants, maintaining decorum           and professionalism at all times.

2. Islamic Core Values

• The College strictly adheres to Islamic teachings and requires all participants to conduct themselves accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Modesty and Dress Code: All students and faculty are expected to dress in accordance with Islamic guidelines for modesty. In the online learning environment, any video participation or visual appearance must reflect appropriate Islamic attire (e.g., hijab for women and modest clothing for men).

• Respectful Interactions: All communications must reflect the values of mutual respect and integrity. Any disrespectful, inappropriate, or harmful behaviour, including but not limited to personal attacks, slander, or inappropriate speech, is strictly prohibited.

• Segregation of Genders: Online classes and forums will maintain respect for Islamic gender interactions. Dating, private chatting, or any other personal relationships between male and female students beyond academic interaction are prohibited. This applies to group forums, breakout rooms, and private messages.

3. Professional Code of Conduct

Participants are required to:

• Maintain focus on academic activities during class times.

• Refrain from engaging in disruptive or unprofessional behaviours, such as speaking out of turn, texting or chatting off-topic, or using offensive language.

• Ensure that personal and academic conversations remain separate and maintain an environment conducive to learning. Students must not engage in off-topic or personal conversations during class.

• Adhere to the College’s no-dating policy, which prohibits romantic or inappropriate interactions between male and female students both online and offline.

4. Management of Time and Attendance

• Time management and punctuality are core aspects of professionalism. Participants must:

• Attend all scheduled classes on time and remain present for the entire duration of the session.

• Complete all assignments, exams, and projects by their designated deadlines.

• Take responsibility for reviewing materials independently if they are unable to attend a class.

• Failure to meet attendance or assignment submission standards may result in suspension or termination from the programme.

5. Prohibited Actions

Participants are prohibited from:

• Sharing personal login credentials with unauthorised individuals. The sharing of access to the College’s platforms is strictly prohibited.

• Engaging in private or group conversations that are not relevant to the academic programme.

• Misusing the online platform for non-educational purposes.

• Engaging in any conduct that violates Islamic principles or compromises the academic integrity of the College.

7. Academic Integrity

All students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, including:

• Plagiarism: Any attempt to pass off another's work as your own will result in immediate disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.

• Cheating: Sharing exam questions, collaborating on assignments without permission, or using unauthorised resources during exams is strictly forbidden.

• Honesty: All submissions must be the original work of the student. Students must not engage in any activities that compromise the honesty of academic work.

8. Limitation of Liability

The College provides services "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its platforms. While every effort is made to ensure the smooth operation of the learning environment, we are not liable for:

• Technical difficulties, service interruptions, or other operational issues that are beyond our control.

• Any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, that arise from the use of our services.

• Legal actions arising from disputes outside the terms of this agreement.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that:

• You waive any right to prosecute, litigate, or take legal action against the College or its personnel in relation to services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• The College holds the right to take disciplinary actions, including expulsion, without liability or legal consequence.

• The decision of the College’s governing body on any matter is final and binding.

The College reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Notification of any amendments will be communicated through official channels. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the principles of Shariah and applicable local laws. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Islamic legal principles and, where applicable, the laws of the governing jurisdiction.
