Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Al-Farsi is a highly respected scholar and visionary leader in the field of Islamic education. With a PhD in Islamic Studies from the University of Medina and a Master's degree in Quranic Sciences from Taif University, he has established himself as an authority in both Islamic jurisprudence and Quranic sciences. His academic foundation began with a BA in Shariah and Islamic Law from Qatar University, where he gained deep insights into Islamic law and its application in modern contexts.

Beyond his administrative and teaching roles, Dr. Ahmed is a prolific writer and speaker, contributing to scholarly discourse on Islamic education and leadership. His international recognition includes multiple awards for his contributions to Islamic scholarship and education. As the Executive Director, Dr. Ahmed is committed to fostering a vibrant learning environment that nurtures both academic excellence and spiritual growth, ensuring that the College serves as a beacon of Islamic education worldwide.

Founder, Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College

Expert in Quranic Sciences and Islamic Jurisprudence

Imam Ahmad Sulaimiy is the founder of Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrahim Sulaimiy College. His academic journey began in Nigeria before continuing it in Saudi Arabia, where he earned a degree in Quranic Sciences from a reputable institution of Taif University. He studied under scholars in Madinah and Egypt for a period of time, gaining extensive knowledge in Quranic recitation, and is proficient in the ten recognized styles of Quranic recitation (Qira’at), for which he has received several awards and certifications.

In addition to his expertise in Quranic sciences, Imam Ahmad holds certifications (ijazah) in the six major books of Sunnah, including Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. He has also earned certifications in secular fields, such as being a professional in English as a Second Language (University of Millerville, USA), among others. Imam Ahmad is an author, with several of his books currently under publication. His works include "Grammar Planet," "علمني ربي," "كيف عاش الرسول؟," and "Islamic Law and Contemporary View."

the Imam currently pursues his higher studies while committed to enlightening the people about the Qur'an.

His efforts have philanthropically facilitated the creation of the college, making Islamic and humanitarian sciences more accessible online. This initiative enables people, including those unable to attend physically or pay, to benefit from the education provided. Through these efforts, Imam Ahmad has broadened access to learning, ensuring that students from all backgrounds can pursue Islamic knowledge and humanitarian studies.

Dr. Abdullahi Al-Hilwan is a renowned scholar in Quranic sciences and a master of Quranic recitation. He is proficient in the 10 recognized styles of Quranic recitation (Qira’at), holding numerous awards, certificates, and ijazat for his mastery. His academic journey includes a PhD from Cairo University and an MA from Al-Azhar University. Additionally, he holds a degree in Quranic Studies from Umm al-Qura University in Mecca. Dr. Abdullahi’s contributions to Quranic interpretation and recitation have earned him widespread recognition. He currently serves as the Vice Director at Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrahim Sulaimiy College.

Shaykh Abdurrahman Al-Jaoziy is a skilled human resources manager with expertise in bilateral and social relations, complemented by his background as an Islamic medical doctor. His rich educational experience enables him to manage human capital effectively while promoting a positive and ethical workplace environment.

In his role as a human resources manager, Shaykh Abdurrahman specialises in bilateral relations, expertly navigating relationships between organisations, employees, and stakeholders. His proficiency in social relations allows him to resolve conflicts, implement fair policies, and design HR strategies aligned with both organisational goals and Islamic principles.

As a qualified Islamic medical doctor, he brings a unique understanding of holistic well-being, advocating for wellness programmes that balance professional performance with personal health, in line with Islamic values.

Shaykh Abdur Rohim Ibrahim is a multifaceted scholar, combining his expertise in Quranic recitation, Islamic sciences, and technology. He completed his studies in Islamic Sciences at Qur'an International University, where he gained a deep understanding of Quranic and Islamic jurisprudence. In addition to his religious knowledge, Shaykh Abdur Rohim is an accomplished IT engineer and a professional in GSM technology, bringing a unique blend of technical and academic skills to his role.

Currently, he is furthering his education by pursuing a course at the Islamic University of Minnesota, USA, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning in both Islamic and technical fields. As Registrar of Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrahim Sulaimiy College, Shaykh Abdur Rohim is responsible for managing the academic administration while also contributing to the college’s growth through his IT and engineering expertise. His proficiency in GSM and technology allows him to support the institution’s infrastructure, ensuring the college remains at the forefront of modern educational practices.

Fadheelatu-s Shaykh Talal Hassan Al-Farsi has an extensive academic background. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia, along with a diploma in Quranic Studies from a respected Islamic institute in the Middle East. He also holds a Master’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Kuwait, where he furthered his expertise in both Islamic scholarship and modern education.

Currently, Shaykh Talal is in the final stages of completing his PhD in Islamic Studies at Umm al-Qura University in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, demonstrating his continued dedication to Islamic sciences.

In his role as Director of Curriculum Development, Shaykh Talal is responsible for overseeing and approving the curricula across the College. His role ensures that all educational programs align with both Islamic values and academic standards, fostering a learning environment that promotes intellectual and spiritual development. Shaykh Abubakr Solah is a distinguished educator and leader, currently serving as the Director of Students Affairs at Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College. He holds a Diploma in Arabic from Cairo University and is a dedicated memorizer of the entire Qur'an, reflecting his deep commitment to Islamic scholarship. Further enhancing his expertise, Shaykh Abubakr has pursued advanced studies and is in the process of completing his degree in Islamic Studies from the Islamic University of Minnesota, USA.

In his role, Shaykh Abubakr is responsible for managing student affairs, ensuring their academic and personal well-being. His approachable leadership style, combined with his intelligence and sharp problem-solving skills, has made him a trusted figure among both students and faculty. He actively oversees student activities, supports their educational development, and provides guidance on their academic journey.

Dr. Dhikrullahi Ibrahim

Expert in Computer Sciences, Islamic Studies, and Economics

Dr. Dhikrullahi Ibrahim has a well-rounded academic and professional background. He holds a Diploma in Computer Programming, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from King Khalid University, where he also completed his Master’s in Arabic and Islamic Studies. Additionally, Dr. Dhikrullahi pursued a second Master’s degree in Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

He has recently completed his PhD in Computer Sciences from the University of Manitoba, Canada, where he focused on advanced topics in information technology. This accomplishment reflects his dedication to combining Islamic scholarship with modern technology.

In his role as Director of the Information Technology Department, Dr. Dhikrullahi oversees the implementation of technological solutions that support the College’s academic and administrative operations. His interdisciplinary knowledge, spanning both Islamic studies and computer sciences, enables him to contribute significantly to the development of the College’s infrastructure and its integration of technology into education.

Dr. Hussain Al-Najdi is a distinguished scholar in Quranic sciences with a solid academic foundation, combining traditional Islamic scholarship with modern education. He holds a BSc in Quranic Sciences from Taif University, Saudi Arabia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies from a reputable university in the UAE. His academic background has equipped him with deep expertise in Quranic interpretation, recitation, and Islamic jurisprudence.

As the Director of Quranic Studies at Imam Ahmad bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College, Dr. Hussain is responsible for overseeing the Quranic curriculum. He receives reports from faculty members, evaluates their effectiveness, and approves plans for curriculum development and educational initiatives. His work ensures that students gain a comprehensive understanding of the Quran, including recitation (Tajweed), interpretation (Tafsir), and the application of Quranic teachings in modern contexts.

Dr. Hussain is committed to integrating classical Islamic teachings with contemporary educational strategies, creating a balanced and effective learning environment. Dr. Yusuf Abdul-Malik

Director, English Department, Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College

Expert in English Linguistics and Islamic Studies

Dr. Yusuf Abdul-Malik is the Director of the English Department at Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College. He holds a PhD in English Linguistics from Oxford University, UK, and an MA in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies from Dar Al-Uloom, Cairo. He also earned a BA in English and Comparative Literature from the University of Damascus.

Dr. Yusuf brings a wealth of experience in both English linguistics and Islamic studies, having taught in prestigious institutions in the UK, Middle East, and beyond. His academic work bridges the gap between language and Islamic tradition, with a particular focus on integrating modern linguistic approaches with traditional Islamic education.

In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Yusuf is deeply involved in fostering cross-cultural communication and understanding through language education. His expertise extends beyond language into curriculum development and language education strategies, which are rooted in both classical and contemporary pedagogical methods.

As the Director of the English Department, Dr. Yusuf leads the development of English programmes that emphasize language proficiency alongside Islamic values, creating a comprehensive learning environment for students. His vision is to ensure that students receive a high-quality education in English while being grounded in the rich tradition of Islamic scholarship.

Sheykh Mohammed Al-Sagheer

Director, Arabic Department, Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College.

Sheykh Muhammad is well known for his mastery of Quranic recitation, having memorized the Qur'an in seven different styles (Qira’at), and for his strong academic background in Arabic sciences, which he pursued at Alexandria University, Egypt, where he also completed his Master’s degree. Currently, he is advancing his studies by working toward a PhD.

In his role as Director, Sheikh Mohammed oversees the department’s academic programs and regularly receives and reviews reports from faculty members. He plays a pivotal role in approving and implementing strategies for curriculum development and departmental growth. His leadership ensures that the department maintains its high standards of education and scholarly output.

Sheikh Mohammed’s expertise spans Arabic linguistics, classical literature, and Quranic exegesis. His leadership has been instrumental in promoting a curriculum that balances classical Arabic traditions with contemporary methodologies, making Arabic studies more accessible and relevant to today’s students.

In addition to his administrative duties, Sheikh Mohammed is deeply involved in student mentorship. He actively encourages scholarly inquiry and the exploration of both historical and modern linguistic trends. His guidance helps students achieve academic excellence while preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Arabic language.
