Dr. Abdullahi Al-Hilwan is a renowned scholar in Quranic sciences and a master of Quranic recitation. He is proficient in the 10 recognized styles of Quranic recitation (Qira’at), holding numerous awards, certificates, and ijazat for his mastery. His academic journey includes a PhD from Cairo University and an MA from Al-Azhar University. Additionally, he holds a degree in Quranic Studies from Umm al-Qura University in Mecca. Dr. Abdullahi’s contributions to Quranic interpretation and recitation have earned him widespread recognition. He currently serves as the Vice Director at Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrahim Sulaimiy College.

In addition to his religious knowledge, Shaykh Abdur Rohim is an accomplished IT engineer and a professional in GSM technology, bringing a unique blend of technical and academic skills to his role.
Currently, he is furthering his education by pursuing a course at the Islamic University of Minnesota, USA, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning in both Islamic and technical fields. As Registrar of Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrahim Sulaimiy College, Shaykh Abdur Rohim is responsible for managing the academic administration while also contributing to the college’s growth through his IT and engineering expertise. He also holds a Master’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Kuwait, where he furthered his expertise in both Islamic scholarship and modern education.
Currently, Shaykh Talal is in the final stages of completing his PhD in Islamic Studies at Umm al-Qura University in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, demonstrating his continued dedication to Islamic sciences.

Dr. Dhikrullahi Ibrahim has a well-rounded academic and professional background. He holds a Diploma in Computer Programming, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from King Khalid University, where he also completed his Master’s in Arabic and Islamic Studies. Additionally, Dr. Dhikrullahi pursued a second Master’s degree in Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
He has recently completed his PhD in Computer Sciences from the University of Manitoba, Canada, where he focused on advanced topics in information technology. This accomplishment reflects his dedication to combining Islamic scholarship with modern technology.

Dr. Yusuf Abdul-Malik is the Director of the English Department at Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College. He holds a PhD in English Linguistics from Oxford University, UK, and an MA in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies from Dar Al-Uloom, Cairo. He also earned a BA in English and Comparative Literature from the University of Damascus.
Dr. Yusuf brings a wealth of experience in both English linguistics and Islamic studies, having taught in prestigious institutions in the UK, Middle East, and beyond. His academic work bridges the gap between language and Islamic tradition, with a particular focus on integrating modern linguistic approaches with traditional Islamic education.

Sheykh Mohammed Al-Sagheer
Director, Arabic Department, Imam Ahmad Bin Ibrohim Sulaimiy College.
Sheykh Muhammad is well known for his mastery of Quranic recitation, having memorized the Qur'an in seven different styles (Qira’at), and for his strong academic background in Arabic sciences, which he pursued at Alexandria University, Egypt, where he also completed his Master’s degree. Currently, he is advancing his studies by working toward a PhD.
In his role as Director, Sheikh Mohammed oversees the department’s academic programs and regularly receives and reviews reports from faculty members. He plays a pivotal role in approving and implementing strategies for curriculum development and departmental growth. His leadership ensures that the department maintains its high standards of education and scholarly output.
Sheikh Mohammed’s expertise spans Arabic linguistics, classical literature, and Quranic exegesis. His leadership has been instrumental in promoting a curriculum that balances classical Arabic traditions with contemporary methodologies, making Arabic studies more accessible and relevant to today’s students.
